Programs

Please note: all classes and group programs are now offered via ZOOM.

There are various programs offered at our centre to help educate and support people living with pre-diabetes and diabetes. These include programs in the areas of pre-diabetes, type 1 and 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes, as well as a program for those new to insulin pumps, which is offered on a case-by-case basis.

Stemming from these are follow-up programs, which are offered on an individual basis in order to provide continued care. 

Once you have been referred to our Diabetes Health Centre you have the option for continued support by requesting a dietitian and/or nurse specific appointment. Contact us directly to request an appointment. 

To become involved in our programming, you will need to be referred by your family doctor or a nurse practitioner. Once your referral is reviewed you will be contacted and booked into one of these programs.
